Handmade Hippie candle holder – Cylinder
The Hippie – Cylinder candle holder, the darling of all our products, gives a fantastic sheen : it looks like paint, but these are colour pigments that we apply, with secrecy and love, to our candles. Background colours : red, orange and yellow. Handmade, layer after layer, in our Brussels workshop, it gives off a warm and organic light that immediately catches the eye.
The cylinder shape gives a more vertical and elegant presence : a directional light effect, perfect for structuring a shelf, a console or a table — a decorative piece with a confident character.

Use (simple, but essential)
- Create a heat shield at the bottom of the candle holder before inserting the tealight. Use a thin layer of rice, sand or coarse salt.
- Then place the tealight (included) well centred in the candle holder, so the heat does not melt the wax at the sides.
- Light it and enjoy a soft light, subdued and deeply warm.
- Once extinguished, the candle holder stays intact : it is reusable and lasts a long time with proper care.
Good habit : the heat shield protects the base of the candle holder, improves the stability of the candle and extends the life of the piece.

⚠️ Heat tips, care & precautions
- Can also be used outdoors, provided you avoid sources of excessive heat.
- Absolutely avoid heat from the sun : do not leave the candle holder in full sun, nor in a veranda, a glass greenhouse, or an attic room during the day in summer.
- Centre it : always keep the tealight well centred in the candle holder to avoid melting the wax.
- Fragile : may break if dropped or knocked. Handle with care.
- Care : regularly clean the residue at the bottom (rice/sand/salt + melted wax) to avoid damaging the candle holder.
